Legacy Expeditions

Because No One Has Ever Created a Legacy Playing it Safe

Legacy Expeditions is a boutique adventure capitalist firm founded by retired Navy SEAL, former Recon Marine Mike Sarraille, and retired Navy SEAL Andy Stumpf. Our mission is to bring world record-setting attempts and expeditions to life while upholding the memories and legacies of U.S. and Allied troops lost during the Global War on Terrorism.

Led by retired Tier One Operators and Special Operations soldiers, Legacy Expeditions plans, coordinates, and executes exclusive extreme adventures designed to promote personal growth by pushing participants to their mental and physical limits.

Our Mission

Honor the Memory
of Our Fallen

We uphold the legacy of our fallen by planning and executing adrenaline-fueled, extreme expeditions. Each adventure honors the U.S. and Allied service members who made the ultimate sacrifice during the Global War on Terror.

Set an Example for Combat Veterans

We demonstrate that U.S. and Allied combat veterans are not broken. Quite the opposite, not only do we learn and grow, but we thrive. We will continue selflessly serving our respective nations through effective and intentional actions.

Raise Funds for Veterans Charities

With each expedition, our team raises funds and awareness for select veteran responder charities, including Folds of Honor and the Special Operations Warrior Foundation.

The World's Most Extreme Experiential Leadership Development Platform

Taken directly from the Special Operations Assessment and Selection playbook, Legacy Expeditions designs extreme expeditions that push participants outside their comfort zones, where true personal development and growth happen. Retired and former Special Operators lead all expeditions to mitigate risk and maximize learning.
