Mr. Williams has been with CPS since June 2002, serving as its President. As a former Navy Seal, he served in the United States Navy for 10 years, after which he focused his efforts on the parachuting industry. He was instrumental in creating and founding CPS, which made its niche by integrating various hardware and training solutions for military parachuting operations.

On February 1, 2009, SOC (SEAL) Sean Flynn peacefully passed away from cancer. He was a highly decorated Special Operations Chief who earned three Bronze Stars with Valor and numerous other awards. Chief Flynn loved skydiving and was a certified advanced free fall instructor, tandem master, and an avid free flyer. He was attached to an East Coast-based SEAL team.
